Rasage Poulin isn't a big company with lots of staff and a shipping department. Rasage Poulin is its owner, me, Scott (with a little help from the rest of the family).
I started the business December 5th 2008 after being frustrated by the lack of choice Canadian men faced when shopping online for shaving and grooming products. The business started with a few products from a handful of manufacturers and has grown to over 300 items to choose from and I am constantly looking for ideas. Your feedback is important! If there's something you would really like to be able to purchase here, let me know! I'll see what I can do for you.
I run the business from my home. I take every order very seriously. I pack every order. I answer the phone, and the email. Of course, I must mention the much appreciated contributions of my family... my wife takes orders to the post office once in awhile and helps out with the books. My 6 year old son is the official new product sniffer (don't be surprised if he answers the toll-free line someday if you call). He insists on approving every item personally. My 2 year old son is the Rasage Poulin version of the W*lMart greeter, unless he's down for a nap. Its truly a family business!
Welcome to the site! I hope you can find what you're looking for.

Q: Why the name Rasage Poulin?
A: Rasage isn't anyone's first name. It means shaving in French. Poulin is my family name. I hyphenated the Labowka on to my name because my wife and I decided we would both hyphenate since we wanted our kids to carry both family names forward.
My paternal line of Poulin has been in Canada since the 17th Century. Some academic sources credit my ancestor Jean Poulin with being a pioneer. I would certainly credit him with being a brave man. He left everything behind and crossed the ocean to New France to build a new life in what's now Canada. Am I proud of my French Canadian heritage? You bet I am! That's why I wear the ceinture à jeans I'm wearing in the picture to the right. It's a traditional, hand made ceinture fléchée in every way except size. The one I wear daily is narrower and shorter and is worn instead of a belt for pants. It was made by a skilled artisan in L'Assomption, Qc named France Hervieux.

Are you a tea drinker? I am. There's some good tea to be had at Jas-eTea.com. Go have a look!
I've recently become a fan of another small Canadian business that's certain to do well. Every guy who knows his way around a kitchen would do well to visit and favourite this business' site. Silk Road Spice Merchant
And finally, if you're shopping from the USA, or you're looking for something I don't stock please visit West Coast Shaving
