Use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Rasage Poulin reserves the right to refuse any transaction/sale and to issue a full refund of funds collected within 7 days of receipt.

All prices quoted on this site are quoted in Canadian dollars. GST is collected on all Canadian sales. Prices posted here are posted in good faith, but are subject to change without notice. 

 

Important information for Calgarians
Feel free to place your order on the site and pick it up. When you check out, choose Pick up in store from the shipping methods menu. Get in touch with us and let us know when you want to come by and pick up your order. It will be waiting for you!

If you'd like your order delivered quickly, you can select Courier Delivery and your order will be delivered by Earth's Courier Inc. Please note that courier delivery is not covered under the free shipping offer.

 

Shipping policy
If you are ordering within Canada you'll be charged $12.00 for shipping. If you are ordering from the United States you will be charged $14.00. For a limited time, if you spend over $100.00, you'll enjoy free shipping anywhere in North America. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, with a tracking number. There may be exceptions to this offer due to postal regulations. This offer may change at any time. Any change in this policy/offer will be posted here as soon as possible after coming into effect. Rasage Poulin may ship to other countries, please get in touch by emailing scott@rasagepoulin.com to arrange your order and shipping. You will not be able to order on the site.

Since the daily operation of Canada Post and its international partners is beyond the control of Rasage Poulin, any damage or loss during shipping is the responsibility of Canada Post and Rasage Poulin will not assume any responsibility beyond making every effort to package your shipment in a manner which should prevent damage. Please ensure the address you supply for shipping is accurate.

If your order contains products which could freeze and burst in Winter temperatures or be otherwise damaged in any way by extreme temperatures, you are ordering them at your own risk. Rasage Poulin will not accept any responsibility for any damage or loss due to force of nature.

Rasage Poulin assumes no responsibility for payment of duties or taxes or associated handling fees or surcharges when shipping international orders. If an order is returned to Rasage Poulin due to your refusal to pay such fees, you will be charged a restocking fee of $15.00 or 15% of the full retail value of the order and any shipping costs billed to Rasage Poulin for the return of the order.

All orders ship within 48 hours of receipt (Canada Post holidays and scheduled Rasage Poulin closures excluded). If there is any delay you will be notified by email. FOB is Thorncliffe RPO.

Return Policy
You may return some unused items purchased at Rasage Poulin within 15 days of the original delivery. Rasage Poulin will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of $15.00 or 15% of the full retail value of the returned item(s). No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). Rasage Poulin reserves the right to refuse any return  or return request.

Rasage Poulin cannot provide a guarantee of satisfaction with the products sold on the site.
